3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• If our team arrives at the scheduled location and access to the property is not provided.

6.1 Eligibility

• Customers must provide access to the work area for the redo appointment.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full Refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment: Cancellation charges may apply.

7.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations

If AQ Marble Polishing cancels a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
